Intrepid Engineers designed multiple temporary support of excavation systems to facilitate construction of the new 270,000 square foot facility. During excavation, existing shoring elements were discovered so Intrepid worked to incorporate the existing structures into their final design. The new Recreation and Wellness center will be a state-of-the-art facility encompassing all aspects of health and wellness with a holistic approach. This $250 Million project is set to be completed in fall of 2024.
