In 2021 Intrepid Engineers was awarded the work for the temporary shoring solution on a foundation excess of 30 feet in depth while considering karstic conditions of Central Pennsylvania. The Core Signature development design was apart of a 12 story building with 135 residential units and retail area. The commercial development features many amenities including a roof-top pool and hot tub. Construction is set to end in 2023.
